Tree Planting at Station Road Green Space

Sixty new trees, including field maple, silver birch, hawthorn, beech, blackthorn, and sessile oak, have been planted in pockets across Station Road green space.
The tree planting was the result of a successful application to the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Tree Planting Grant scheme.
Cllr Robert Wilsmore helped the Public Realm Team with the planting.
A watering/maintenance schedule is in place to give the trees the best possible chance of flourishing.
