TOWN MAYOR’S QUIZ NIGHT RAISES £960 FOR CHARITY

A big thank you to everyone who came along to the Town Mayor’s Quiz on Friday 4th October at The Rufus Centre.
A fantastic £960 was raised during the evening for this year’s chosen charities Keech Hospice Care and the Flitwick Town Mayor’s Community Fund.
A great night was had by all with a fish and chips supper followed by the amazing Quiz Master Cllr Clare Thompson’s challenging rounds for the quizzers. Congratulations to the winning team ‘Reserved’ and commiserations to the losing team ‘Cabbies’!
Thank you to all the local businesses who donated prizes for the raffle including Saint-Gobain; Flitwick Jewellers; Country Properties Flitwick; Tesco Flitwick; The Barbers Flitwick High Street; Mortgage Store Ampthill and Temple Flooring Services.
