Phillip Thompson 1958 – 2021

Flitwick Town Council is deeply saddened to learn of the death of former Town Councillor, Phillip Thompson.

Phillip made a significant contribution to the Council, the Town, and the Flitwick community, over many years. He held many senior roles including Town Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Chairman of Committees.

Last year he was awarded an Honorary Citizenship for his dedication and hard work serving the Flitwick community.

The Town Mayor, Councillors and staff send their heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
