The town is also fortunate to have a fantastic leisure centre complete with 25m swimming pool, state of the art gym, a sports hall for activities such as badminton, trampolining, martial arts, badminton and gymnastics; two squash courts and a climbing wall. Three studios offer an extensive class programme for all ages and abilities. The latest edition to its facilities is a fully immersive group cycle studio which features state-of-the-art projection, sound and lighting to transport you to another world!

We’re also lucky to have some amazing open spaces in Flitwick for walking and running so you can get outdoors in the fresh air, keep active and explore the local area.
