YOUTH PROVISION – NEW INTERIM SERVICE UP AND RUNNING

This Autumn we have a new youth provision in the town with the interim appointment of Grand Union Housing Group to deliver youth services until March next year, working in partnership with Dan Gaze Support Services.
Dan and his team will be continuing the informal ‘Get off the streets and on your feet’ kickabout football sessions every Tuesday evening between 5pm-6pm at Millennium Park for 11 to 16 year olds. After 6pm the team will be out and about engaging with young people at various locations across the town.
From 11th October The Hub will be open every Tuesday between 11am-2pm for young people aged 16 and over to access employment information.
There will also be weekly open access at The Hub for young people aged 11 to 18. A great chance to meet with friends and enjoy The Hub facilities including table tennis, pool, table football and gaming area.
